Aperitif: Kauffman Vodka, reputedly the most expensive and apparently one of the 3 real Russian vodkas available for sale in the UK, accompanied by Bruno’s killer guacamole and chips – it is my absolute favorite!

Starter: haddock Mexican style ceviche (marinated in lime juice with red onions, coriander and more) in a little croustille accompanied by paneer marinated in a yogurt, mint coriander and chiliĀ  sauce.

Main: dolmas with rice, mint, dill and pine nuts and a sweet red pepper relish; and chicken jerk kebabs (hot and spicy Caribbean sauce) and mini corn bread muffins.

Dessert: sticky toffee pudding smothered with toffee sauce and a big dollop of whipped cream.
