While we don’t announce the menus before the actual dinners, we usually have themes around which we will improvise. And then the day after, we’ll put them up here. We’re always happy to send recipes to any readers. Like sheet music to any good musician, recipes are a great starting point for expressing your inner chef. We applaud any chef who has taken the time to write a cookbook, especially the ones with pretty, life-like  pictures. And we rely on them to give us inspiration. But then, we start playing with magic, combining and removing and touching, tasting, feeling our way into  symphonies of food – menus dependent on the instruments (recipes) and melodies expressed by ingredients.
